2. Description of Service

Present Health provides Direct Primary Care services. We are not an insurance company. Our services are limited to primary care as defined in your membership agreement.

3. Membership

Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your membership at any time in accordance with our cancellation policy.

4. Medical Emergencies

Present Health is NOT for medical emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
